Sexual harassment training addresses the definition and illegality of sexual harassment under state and federal laws. Includes examples of sexual harassment. Specifically addresses the complain process, legal recourse, and protections against retaliation. Training in compliance with 26 Me. Rev. Stat. § 807(3) and Maine Human Rights Commission.
