A pro-business law firm which helps small to mid-sized businesses across the United States grow and succeed.  It is supported by other attorneys and human resources professionals.

Amanda and Jeffrey created BMD Gateway to protect businesses.  Their clients spent too much time, effort, and money in defending lawsuits, claims, and investigations caused by the misconduct of a few employees.  Either the training content was insufficient for the legal defense, or the training records were incomplete or missing.  As a SHRM Recertification Provider, Jeffrey saw the problems with organizing and completing trainings.
